All four Aliens: Colonial Marines packs due before August

SEGA have confirmed that Aliens: Colonial Marines will be getting four content packs, starting this March with Bug Hunt.

Despite reviewing  poorly, Aliens: Colonial Marines will be receiving support long into 2013.

Before August 2013, four content packs will be released for the game. It hasn’t been determined whether these will all be multiplayer packs or if there will be single-player content as well.

On March 19th 2013, Bug Hunt, the horde-style Aliens mode, will release. Bug Hunt features three maps and sees players assume the role of marines, trouncing alien-life along the way.

Individual prices for the content have not been revealed, but a Season Pass can be purchased to claim all content in one go for $29.99. The Season Pass can be grabbed on Steam now, and is also available on XBLA and PSN.

Yeah it has. I’m on PSN looking at the Season Pass download for 29.99 right now.
Not that ANYONE should bother getting it. Wait until you see what the DLC is going to be – the game is crap, no one should be spending 90 bucks on it. No one.
The nerve to even consider something like a Horde Survival mode DLC in the first place, especially for such an unfinished game, is beyond me. AvP had it included.
Incredible how this game makes 2010 AvP look superior in every way.

Thanks for letting us know. At the time of writing, it hadn’t gone live. I’ll update the post to reflect this.

Still haven’t had a chance to play the game yet. Has anyone else?
