Angry Birds Star Wars coming to consoles

That pretty awesome Angry Birds game thats based on that rather famous franchise is going outside of the mobile platform and moving onto consoles. So that’s pretty swell…

On October 29th, Angry Birds Star Wars will be coming to Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Vita, Wii, Wii U and 3DS.

The new release will contain new levels, features and platform unique features, such as Kinect Support and Wii U GamePad touch-screen features.

Angry Birds Star Wars features vintage Star Wars humour, but also turns R2D2 into a bird, as well as C3p0.

The console version contains new characters, challenges and environments, but also features 20 never-before seen levels, as well as the 200 already seen in Angry Birds Stars Wars. In addition, the console version will also get multiplayer modes. Family and Friends can play in two player co-op to gain a combined high score, or have four players and enter a competitive mode. The game also has achievements, trophies, leaderboards, unlockable bonus levels, items and content, as well as high definition graphics. Ooo err ummm…
