Assassin’s Creed 4: Freedom Cry DLC coming December 17th

Beans have been spilled as pertains to the first story DLC for Assassin’s Creed 4.

Set for a simultaneous release on Xbox One, Playstation 4, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, the long-awaited Freedom Cry DLC will release on December 17th, according to this image unearthed by Game Informer.

The DLC focuses on Kenway’s trusty Quartermaster, Adewale and seems as if it will offer 4+ hours of single-player story. Sounds exciting.

No word on if/when there will be a Wii U release of the DLC and if the PC version will hit at the same time or a later date. Ubisoft have yet to actually confirm the details, but that above image seems pretty conclusive.

That’s just under 2 weeks away. Have you finished Kenway’s journey yet?
