A Bioware representative spoke to IGN about the possibility of bringing the newly announced DLC. The news isn’t good.
“There are no plans to bring Citadel or Reckoning to the Wii U at this time.”
That doesn’t rule out the possibility completely, but it certainly doesn’t instil much confidence.
Between this and the Revolution Map Pack on Black Ops 2 not being announced for the console, it appears Nintendo’s third-party support is definitely lacking.
