Well, here’s a surprise!
Blizzard are set to host a Gamescom press conference on Wednesday August 21st at 11.30am.
Destructoid got the scoop and were told the conference is “sure to capture the attention of the Heavens, Burning Hells and all the shadowed places that lie between.”
While there’s sure to be talk of Diablo 3 coming to consoles in September, we reckon there might be more to it than that.
Blizzard skipped Gamescom last year, but were there in 2011 talking about World of Warcraft, Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2. We reckon similar conversations will happen this year, as well as talk of Hearthstone, Blizzard’s latest project.
The conference won’t be live-streamed, but we’re sure to report on whatever comes out of it.
