The 2nd piece of DLC for Fire Emblem: Awakening is now available to download.
The new content, Champions of Yore 2, adds a new battle map, as well as a classic series hero to the game.
Champions of Yore 2 will cost $2.50 and adds a map through the Outrealm Gate. The map is based on Chapter 1 of Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon, the DS remake of the original Fire Emblem game. In this pack, players will be joined by three additional NPC units that are characters from previous Fire Emblem games: The Sacred Stones’ Eirika, Blazing Sword’s Lyn and Celica from Fire Emblem Gaiden.
Should players complete the DLC mission, series hero Roy will be added to their party.
The first chapter is also available and remains free for a limited time. Players can also download the Champions Pack for $4.00. This includes all three Champions of Yore episodes, including the unreleased third episode.
Nintendo will continue to release weekly downloadable content for Awakening for the next two months.
