Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut for Wii U Gets a New Behind the Scenes Video

Developer Eidos Montreal have released a new video, featuring executive producer David Anfossi and several other staff members, talking about the changes that will be present in the Wii U exclusive director’s cut edition of 2011’s Deus Ex: Human Revolution.

The staff talk about addressing fan feedback, tweaking the boss fights (which were an issue in the original version), and using touch controls on the Wii U’s controller to navigate menus and manage character augmentations.

The game is currently under development by Eidos Montreal and Straight Right. Publisher Square Enix’s official site lists its release date as “coming soon,” but everyone else seems to think 5/7/13 sounds about right.
