Sir Hammerlock will once again need the services of the vault hunters in this latest DLC for Borderlands 2.
Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt will take place in Aegrus; located in the deep and dangerous swamps of Pandora.
One of the most interesting additions will be a fan boat vehicle that can be rigged with a badass flamethrower to assist the player in fighting off hordes of new enemies. These include a Two-Legged Driftered, a spider-like enemy, flying Slagged Spores and Vampire Witch Doctors with their swarm of blood quenched bats.
While in The Sun Swamps, players will encounter new loot and a new boss named Thermitage, described as a cave-dwelling beast. Players also need to be weary of Hyperion Scientist, Professor Nakayama, who wants their hunting trip to end before a single bullet is fired.
This is the 3rd DLC pack for Borderlands 2, with the 4th and final one set for a June 2013 release date. Those who own the Borderlands 2 season pass will have this readily available for them to download, or it can be purchased for £7.99/800 MSP on the 16th January in Europe.
