Kingdom Hearts III DLC launch schedule revealed

Kingdom Hearts III will finally arrive on January 29th and we now have an idea of some of the game’s DLC launch plans.

A series of free updates will be added to the game during the launch window beginning January 25th in Japan and January 29th in the West.

Patch 1.01 will add several data fixes along with the Memory Archive video. This option will be added to the game’s title menu and will be viewable at any point. The Memory Archive is, essentially, a recap of the previous games.

Then on January 30th, the Epilogue video will be added to the game. Players will need to have completed Kingdom Hearts III in order to view this video.

And finally, on January 31st, a secret video will be added. You will have to beat the base game in order to see it and the requirements to view this ending may vary dependent on difficulty level selected.

The tweet stream is embedded below.

Kingdom Hearts III will launch for PS4 and Xbox One on January 29th.
