Metro Exodus Ranger Update adds New Game + and Developer Commentary to enhance the experience

While news on the Metro Exodus DLC remains quiet, 4A Games have just added a Ranger Update to encourage a second playthrough.

In addition to a wealth of bug fixes and improvements which tweak balance and performance, a New Game + mode has now been added.

Once you beat Metro Exodus, you can start it all over again but with the weapons and attachments claimed in previous playthroughs.

You can also adjust some of the variables to further challenge yourself – One Weapon, Iron Mode and Armored enemies – and there’s even new Trophies and Achievements to unlock.

Not enough? 4A have also added Developer Commentary. You can now collect tapes in the game which give you insight into some of the design choices.

With other platform specific fixes and improve controller responsiveness, the Ranger Update is a properly bumper update with lots of new options and things to do to jump back in all over again.
