Meanwhile, for a bit of game background, why not take a read of this?

Let’s face it, Zombies are so passé in 2014 and there is a massive gap in the market for a good, old-fashioned. free-to-play multi-player action game that pits four humans against four vampires in a death-match where only one can reach the score limit first.

Developed by Psyonix, Nosgoth is a unique team-based, player-versus-player game pitting together a variety of brutal Human and Vampire characters in a fight for survival.  Created as a competitive, free-to-play title, in order to break down barriers between the creators and the players, Nosgoth doesn’t include weapons, items or abilities that are inherently better (aka supremacy goods).  All items in the Nosgoth in-game store are side-grades, not upgrades, to create a fair game experience based purely on skill.

Nosgoth is set in its own distinct era of the Legacy of Kain timeline and requires no knowledge of prior events. While empowering, it is, by no means necessary, so you don’t need to concern yourself too much if you missed out on Legacy of Kain: Defiance over a decade ago.  All you really need to know is that the two factions involved – Humans and Vampires – are locked in a bloody struggle to control the land of Nosgoth, a land they both share and call home.

From the moment the Sentinel grabs a human and says “let’s be friends” with echoes of the movie Jeepers Creepers, you know you are in for a bumpy ride, ultimately this leaves you with the simple choice of if you want to side with the vampires or the humans and we all know what you will want to do first.

Humans have three classes to choose from: Hunter, Alchemist and Scout, and each class has its own weaponry and unique abilities. Whilst there are three classes of Vampires that are Reaver, Tyrant and Sentinel, all of which can be distinguished by their size.
