PS4 4.07 System Software Update improves quality

One thing you can seemingly always rely on from a PS4 System Software update is quality.

And if you can’t rely on quality, you should rely on stability.

Today’s 4.07 update improves the quality of the system performance. Which is always nice.

It’s a 312MB update, so there’s clearly some sizeable changes under the hood. One of which appears to be some form of update to the Media Player, which has also been boosted to 2.51. This adds, you guessed it, stability.

So, what did we learn from this update? Absolutely nothing. But it’s always nice to know there’s high quality, regular stability going around on the most popular console platform of this generation.
