Stellaris 2.0 available with Apocalypse DLC and Cherryh Update

Stellaris has undergone something of a relaunch with a premium Apocalypse DLC and Cherryh update.

These additions bring fixes and improvements to the game, with Paradox reworking the systems of the game. This means slowing down the gameplay slightly and make active decisions on individual star systems.

To do this, you build starbases and must defend borders by outfitting these bases with ships and turning them into fortresses.

There are large scale wars and super weapons, as well as the opportunity to declare wars for single systems.

With so many perks, weapon changes and adjustments, you can see why Paradox are billing this Stellaris 2.0.
