Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales gets a launch trailer

A Witcher spin off is the last thing we expected towards the end of a stacked year but here is Thronebreaker all the same.

Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales is a spin-off of Gwent with isometric RPG gameplay, said to contain around 30 hours of gameplay.

What’s interesting is that Gwent has received a full reworking with more of an emphasis on singleplayer content, but it also seems to pay homage to the likes of The Banner Saga with AI rallying to a flag.

Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales launches October 23 for $29.99 and will be a GoG exclusive on PC. A PS4 and Xbox One launch is also forthcoming.
