Broken Age Act 1 was available to backers earlier than other users on Steam during the month of January.
From January 14th to January 28th, backers played a game that wasn’t quite fully polished. Now a Broken Age Act 1 Patch has been released and Double Fine have given us the details on the update.
The full changelog is detailed below…
- There are now options to toggle between click and drag interaction modes
- Inventory is now mapped to right click on PC and Linux
- Added mouse sensitivity options
There are also significant art and animation polishes. A lot of the scenes were re-painted at a higher resolution and many of the animations were improved and fixed up to make them more responsive and active.
In addition, there was a lot of general bug fixing. So much so, in fact, that Double Fine recommend you replay Act 1 prior to Act 2 due to the significant improvements and changes.
