Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy adds Future Tense Level

A level inspired by Crash Bandicoot 3, Future Tense, will be added to Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy on June 29.

With the remaster arriving on Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch later this month, Activision will add a free DLC level for all players.

The level is inspired by the Waterfall section in the original Crash Bandicoot game and according to Jennifer Oneal, head of Vicarious Visions.

“Adding a new level to Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy was something we always wanted to do, and introducing Future Tense allows us to give all Crash players something new to play just in time for the multi-platform release.”

Activision and Vicarious Visions will also release a further DLC – Stormy Ascent – which was actually a previously unreleased level from the original Crash Bandicoot.

Playstation 4 owners can pick it up for free right now, but other platform holders will have to wait until the game launches on their platform June 29.

It’s so awesome to see free content being added for a remaster of an original game and it certainly makes one wonder whether Spyro will get the same sort of treatment when the Reignited Trilogy launches later this year.
