Oh, my. What are they planning? Harmonix have now confirmed that Dance Central DLC support, as well as Rock Band, is now coming to an end.
Current-gen Kinect’s last bastion of hope looks as if is also fading into the sunset. Dance Central, easily the biggest third party Kinect franchise, will no longer be receiving support after the end of March. Yikes!
The Dance Central 3 song library now features over 200 tracks, but as Harmonix moves forward with several new titles in development, those same developers are now focused on those projects.
Harmonix will still support the community with Live Challenges and leaderboards, but there will no new tracks or routines from April 1st.
Next-gen is going to be interesting…
