Heroes of Might and Magic: Olden Era is now available in Early Access

The long-awaited, highly anticipated Heroes of Might & Magic: Olden Era is out now in Steam Early Access.

And it’s already sold through 250,000 copies in 24 hours and at the time of writing – peaked at over 50,000 concurrent players on Steam alone.

With the game also being available on PC Game Pass, the player count is likely considerably higher and will surely smash through 1m unique players through this weekend.

The collaboration comes from Ubisoft, Hooded Horse and Unfrozen Studios, who are bringing back this iconic franchise for the first time in over ten years.

In Early Access, the developers will continually update the game, with more single-player content, pre-made scenarios and map templates. Additionally, there will be a Spectator Mode, Map Editor improvements, as well as further changes and tweaks based on feedback.
