A new DLC is dropping for Minecraft next week which is suitably Dungeons and Dragons themed.

Confirmed during the Minecraft Monthly series, Minecraft Dungeons & Dragons releases September 26 across all formats and pays homage to the classic Dungeons & Dragons franchise, serving as something of a homage to the recently released film and Baldur’s Gate 3.

Within Minecraft, players will be able to visit key locations such as Icewind Dale and fight classic D&D enemies like the Mimics.

You can also choose a class as well to really keep within theme of D&D, as well as choose your weapon and armor and level up.

It all sounds like great fun and a nice breath of fresh air for Minecraft. You’ll be able to try it out for yourself soon when Minecraft Dungeons & Dragons DLC launches September 26th.
