The Division 2 is just a few short weeks away, so Ubisoft have lifted the lid on what to expect from its first year of content.

Shortly after launch, free content will be added to the game. Tidal Basin, a challenging faction stronghold, and Operation Dark Hours, the first eight player raid for The Division launches.

Additionally, there are three episodes being released throughout the year which offer new narrative content – D.C. Outskirts / Expeditions, Pentagon – The Last Castle, and an unnamed Episode to come in the Winter.

They come along with three new specialisations which, if you own the Year 1 Pass, instantly unlock as they release. Pass holders will also get 7 Days Early Access to the three narrative episodes mentioned above.

There will also be 8 Classified Assignments which will investigate the fall of D.C, emotes, outfits, and rewards.

The first year for The Division 2 will be full of free content and it’s certainly shaping up to be full of exciting things indeed.
