Wii U Trine 2 Update finally released

The long awaited Wii U update for Trine 2: Director’s Cut has finally arrived.

Frozenbyte Studios have issued a press release to say that ‘We’re happy the update is finally out.’

Yeah, well so are we.

‘I apologize for the delays we put gamers through during these past few weeks. Hopefully the new features make up for it!’

Well, there’s a few of them. Firstly, Pro Controller support is available for use in Trine 2. Something that New Super Mario Brothers is STILL lacking. Sort it out, Nintendo..

The game now supports voice chat in online multiplayer. There are also German vocals, improved graphics rendering and several gameplay features and fixes.

What’s even more exciting is that the game has passed all necessary steps for release in Australia and New Zealand and will be released this week, on January 31st!

Players can download the update right away. We’d definitely recommend doing that!
