Prepare to put on your spandex suit, Sim City is about to get pre-order Heroes and Villains DLC.
Sim City has yet another Pre-Order bonus. This time it comes in the form of a criminal mastermind and an oddly yellow superhero. Customers who Pre-order the new Sim City game will be treated to this DLC pack for no additional cost. In the pack are items that will turn your standard police squad into superheroes and a new lair for super-villain Dr. Vu.
