Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey 1.1.4 releases tomorrow, adjusts controversial Shadow Heritage DLC ending

The massive Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey 1.1.4 patch releases tomorrow, adding New Game +, an increased level cap, and new items.

Ubisoft have also confirmed that the update will make changes to the ending of the recent Shadow Heritage DLC.

The changes include an ‘adjusted cutscene’ and ‘tweaked dialogue’, though what impact this will have on the finished product remains to be seen.

The controversially named Trophy/Achievement awarded for completing the content has also been renamed from ‘Growing Up’ to ‘Blood of Leonidas’.

As previously mentioned, the level cap is also being raised to 99 from tomorrow in preparation for New Game+. The Lost Tales of Greece is a new free DLC storyline which has also been added, and there’s a wealth of new items to find.

We’ll see quite how significant these changes are and update you once we’ve had a chance to play.
