Call of Duty Infinite Warfare Jackal Assault free for all PS4 owners this Friday

In a blog post released today, Activision confirmed that the Call of Duty VR mission for PS4 owners will be free for everyone to download, irrespective of whether they own Infinite Warfare or not. All you need is Playstation VR and access to the Playstation Store.

In the mission, you’ll get to pilot a personal, multi-role fighter jet known as the Jackal.

This is an unexpected surprise as many suspected the mission would come bundled with PS4 copies of Infinite Warfare.

Call of Duty Infinite Warfare drops this Friday and includes the 1980s inspired Zombies in Spaceland, as well as new Specialist and YOLO modes.

There will also be side missions which offer optional upgrades and weapon armories filled to the brim with new weapons and protective equipment.

We hope to have more Call of Duty coverage for you in the coming days.
