Cities: Skylines 2 DLC runs up to Q2 2024

Cities Skylines 2 is out now on PC and will have a range of content available running deep into 2024.

Beginning with a release on October 24, 2023, players can dive into a San Francisco Set, available as part of the Expansion Pass, which adds a muscle car garage, muscle car models, a new police car, as well as the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco Map.

Then later this year we’ll get Beach Properties just in time for…uh…Winter. In Q4 2023, this asset pack will add items that let you create luxurious beach housing.

Into 2024 and in Q1, Urban Promenades will be added into the game, giving you more than 30 items to customise the city with, made by a Cities: Skylines community modder.

Also in Q1 will be Modern Architecture which offers the same as the above. Then finally in Q2, Bridges and Ports which is an Expansion Pack that enables you to build a port city with buildings such as draw bridges and lighthouses. This will have over 100 assets, as well as Marine Industries to ‘expand your economy with’.

In addition to all that, new radio stations will gradually roll out for the game, adding around an hour of music each. These are…

  • Deluxe Relax Station – Q4 2023
  • Soft Rock Radio – Q1 2024
  • Cold Wave Channel – Q2 2024

All DLC packs – aside from the San Francisco set – can be purchased seperately. But if you purchase the Cities: Skylines 2 Ultimate Edition you will get the Expansion Pass which throws in all the major contents coming to the game.

Cities: Skylines 2 is out now on PC and will launch on consoles in 2024.
