The final DLC for Street Fighter 6 Year 2 drops today, coincidentally the same day as the game launches on Switch 2!
Elena’s fighting style is inspired by capoeira – which is a mix of Brazilian martial arts and dancing. And as with previous fighters, Elena has her own unique fighting style and stage – Reniala Remains – that lets you see night and wildlife in Africa.
Some of the moves can be seen in the trailer, but include attacks like Rhino Horn – a series of quick, forward-moving kicks – and Scratch Wheel – a Dragon-Punch.
Elena’s three Super Arts are Meteor Volley – an anti-air move. Revival Dance – which sees her throw out a flurry of kicks. And Song of the Grasslands – where Elena brings the power of nature to the fight.
Elena will have two outfits, the first gives her an entirely new look that respects her style and the second is more of a classic look for the fighter that comes from Street Fighter III: New Generation and Ultra Street Fighter IV.
On top of that, a major balance patch will drop today, adding changes for all fighters as well as changes to the wider system as well. The best news? Four new NES games have been made playable from the Game Center in the Gallery menu and these are….
- Bionic Commando
- Street Fighter 2010: The Final Fight
- Mighty Final Fight
- Mega Man 3
Elena and the major update is available for Street Fighter 6 now. Street Fighter 6 Years 1-2 Fighters Edition also launches today on Nintendo Switch 2
