Final Fantasy XIV recently had a massive new patch full of new content and there’s now a new seasonal celebration to get us in the mood.

Futures Rewritten adds new Main Scenario quests which sees the Scions return to the Source, Eden’s Paradise be added to the game as the latest Raid Dungeon, and a new Explorer Mode.

There’s an absolute wealth of new content, like a new Unreal Trial, new Dungeon, Ocean Fishing updates, and much more.

And from now until December 31st, the Starlight Celebration is back in the game, with limited-time cosmetics and items available for collection like a snow-dusted tree and Snowman mount.

New quests and characters can be found throughout the game and everything has been decorated with a distinctive festive flair.

Final Fantasy XIV is now available on PC and PS4 and Patch 5.4 is available as a free update from today.
