Port Royale 3: Pirates & Merchants is a game about pirates and merchants (who would have guessed?) on Xbox 360. But now, those scallywags will be faced with a whole new style of play thanks to this latest content pack.
Harbour Master introduces a whole host of new things to the game, such as new building and decorative objects, as well as elements which fundamentally change how the game plays.
