Monster Hunter World will receive free DLC post launch

When Monster Hunter World launches later this month, we now know what to expect from some of the DLC.

Following Capcom’s assurances that you won’t be charged for DLC, the news that fan favourite Deviljho will be available to all this Spring is big news.

In their press release, Capcom confirm that ‘The Deviljho must feed constantly and will devour anything in its way, even feeding on the largest of monsters with its massive jowls. This wild beast really is one for only the bravest of hunters to take on.’

The Deviljho is the first of many regular content updates scheduled for the game and is considered the ‘first major title update’.

Monster Hunter: World will release on PS4 and Xbox One January 26th, with a PC version to follow in Autumn 2018. If you’re still on the fence about it, a final beta for the game will hit PS4 on January 18th, and there’s even a pop up Meat Shack in London if the way to your heart is through your stomach!
