Rise of the Tomb Raider 1.06 stabilises and fixes

Rise of the Tomb Raider has received a new patch update today which improves frame rate stability, as well as fixes some minor in-game bugs.

1.06 follows on from 1.04 and 1.05 which improved 4K image quality and framerate for PS4 Pro, as well as the continued issues with input latency.

While Rise works pretty fluidly on PS4, the update is a welcome one as some of the action on screen can get pretty sluggish as the game struggles to handle some of highly intense scenes. This should help alleviate some of the pressure on your Playstation which probably sounds like it’s about to takeoff from Runway 547.

The patch is available to download now and should only take a short time.
