The much anticipated Borderlands spin-off hits this month and now we know a little bit more about what it’s about post-launch.
There will be four post-content DLC packs for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, each featuring a new boss and unfamiliar settings. You will also be able to add a seventh class through the post-launch expansions, and a ton of cosmetics with the ‘Butt Stallion Pack’.
Players will enter a ‘Mirror of Mystery’ in Dreamveil Overlook where they will communicate with Vesper in order to make their way to one of the new areas.
Each area has five levels and all of them can be purchased seperately or as part of Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands Season Pass.
Uniquely, each final boss will get tougher over time with the content designed to be replayable. By beating the boss, you’ll earn Lost Souls which then let you spin Vesper’s ‘Wheel of Fate’ earning more legendary weapons and gear.
What’s more, whenever you finish content, it will all be added to the Chaos Chamber, which is the procedurally generated, infinitely replayable endgame for Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. This means one of the DLC bosses could be mixed in with main game content for a randomized dungeon, which is a really neat idea.
The new, seventh class to be added with the DLC will also have its own Class Feat, Action Skills and a unique skill tree, with even more Multiclass options.
Finally, the Butt Stallion Pack will include a Diamond Guard Armor Preset of three items, Crystal Glitter Makeup Pack, the Adamant Throne Banner Set and the Diamond Hero Statue Material.
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands hits PS, Xbox, and EGS on March 25th!
