A Pikmin 3 patch has launched to coincide with the release of the title.
It’s a fairly small patch that we won’t need to review, but it does add some crucial elements. The patch adds Miiverse functionality to the game, as well as Ranking, Spotpass capabilities that add global data and in-game posting of photos and captions.
The update weighs in at around 70mb and is essentially a day one release to ensure all features are up and running upon game launch.
