A brand new DLC is coming to Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition next month.

Chronicles: Battle for Greece is a narrative expansion, coming November 14th, and builds up classic gameplay with an updated visual style and focus on storytelling.

The first instalment of the Chronicles saga – Battle for Greece – will add three new civilizations – Achaemenids, Athenians and Spartans – and offer a 21 scenario campaign with voice acting, animated cutscenes and more.

Created by CaptureAge, the Chronicles content will be a series of DLCs set in the ancient world and will add features relevant to the time period. Battle for Greece will also include a unique naval combat system with six military ship types.

Pre-orders are now open for the content which will release on PC, PlayStation and Xbox on November 14.
