Cyberpunk 2077 isn’t expected to receive any further delays, which means the time for release is almost here.
Cyberpunk 2077 will launch on November 19th for PC, PS4, and XO, but will also be backwards compatible with next-gen systems.
And the good news is the game will have extensive post-launch support. In fact, it’s planned to be better than that of The Witcher 3.
While premium content is expected, most of it will be free DLC, and CD Projekt RED have announced we’ll be getting details before launch.
During an earnings call, in the Q&A session, CDR President Adam Kicinski said.
“As we are close to the release, expect the post-release plans to be revealed fairly soon; a series of free DLCs and expansions will be described – as I said, you can expect it fairly soon and then everything will be made clear,”
EDIT 08/09: The developers have also reiterated there will be no microtransactions in the main game. Those are only planned for the multiplayer portion of the game.
Nothing changed. Cyberpunk 2077 is a single player game with zero microtransactions. One single purchase. No tricks. Don’t believe the clickbait. https://t.co/qX0iZwsAf2
