In Other Waters is a new narrative adventure from a one man team and it’s centered around a Xenobiologist

Fellow Traveller and Jump Over the Age are working together to bring you a unique narrative adventure.

In Other Waters is coming soon to PC and Switch and sees you explore a wide open alien ocean.

Players will need to help a stranded xenobiologist as an artificial intelligence while studying extraterrestrial creatures and uncharted environments.

You’ll be able to access new areas by upgrading equipment, and navigate the game either using mouse control or touch.

Most of the action will see you scan, take samples, and study behaviour, requiring you to pay close attention to your surroundings.

Most importantly, you’ll need to keep trust up with Ellery, the stranded Xenobiologist, and make sure her oxygen levels stay healthy and power is also maintained.

The conversations you have with Ellery can also have an impact on your relationship.

It all sounds incredibly fascinating and the trailer is really interesting. The game is developed by Gareth Damian Martin, who’s written work has appeared on the likes of Eurogamer and Kotaku.

In Other Waters is due on PC and Switch in Spring 2020
