Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite adds Monster Hunter DLC

With a new trailer, Capcom have revealed Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite is set to receive Monster Hunter themed DLC.

We knew the character was coming when Capcom released a list of upcoming content, including Black Panther, Sigma, Winter Soldier, Black Widow and Venom all due later this year.

Monster Hunter is coated with thick armor, forged from monster scales and claws, and uses a massive sword to hack and slash through enemies, unleashing devastating combos behind them.

The Monster Hunter from Val Habar is Black Panther’s right hand and her aim is to achieve harmony in the nation of Valkanda and help them fight against Ultron Sigma.

Her main attacks also come from Dual Blades and a Bow, but she can switch and alternate between these major weapons as she pleases, mixing up fast and heavy strikes to great effect.

Monster Hunter comes part of the 2017 Character Pass for Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite, and also features in the games’ main story mode. We don’t have a release date for Monster Hunter or any other characters in the game just yet.

More as we get it.
