theHunter: Call of the Wild DLC sprints onto console stores March 6

Call of the Wild, a new piece of DLC for theHunter, will release on March 6 for consoles.

Announced by Avalanche Studios and Expansive Worlds, Call of the Wild will have a winter setting with new animals and the Medved-Taiga National Park map to explore in.

Set in Siberia, there be gorgeous lakeside views and mountainsides to see, along with six new animals including reindeers, brown bears and a Lynx.

You’ll have to contend with cracked ice and changing weather through a 25 Square Mile Open World. There will be 50 side missions, as well as 32 main campaign missions which see you take on the role of an expert survivalist and hunter.

Even if you don’t own the DLC, though, you’ll still be able to join any multiplayer games set in Medved-Taiga National Park.

Call of the Wild will be on Xbox One and PS4, this Tuesday March 6.
