2K have confirmed that Borderlands 3 will receive a massive next-gen upgrade on launch day of both consoles.

Xbox Series S l X and PS5 owners will be treated to 4K visuals, 60 FPS, and four-player split-screen co-op.

The upgrade comes at no additional charge if you already own the game on current-gen systems and the game will receive a free update on launch day so you can take advantage of the new systems.

2K are expected to announce more details on October 29th at 5pm BST.
