Dragon Quest XI will pay respect to its roots with a costume from Dragon Quest VIII available at launch.
The Trodain Bandana and Trodain Togs will be available as DLC for free for all players.
These won’t just have cosmetic effects, however. Both will boost defensive stats.
There will also be Trodain’s Top Trends, which is a recipe book that can be used to improve the stats of the costume later in the game.
Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age launches in the West on September 4th for PS4.
