Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition has a launch date and it’s looking quite spectacular, remastering Grand Theft Auto 3, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for new consoles.
The quality of the lighting, character models, environments seems to be just the start, as there will also be modern controls and other major enhancements.
Excitingly, this will also be the first time the GTA Trilogy will release on a Nintendo platform, with all three games coming to Nintendo Switch alongside PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
The Switch version will also include touch-screen zooming and menu control as well as gyro-aiming. While PC owners will benefit from support for NVIDIA DLSS and additional new Accomplishments via the Rockstar Games Social Club.
Additionally, if you own Xbox Game Pass, you’ll be able to play Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas from day one, and if you’re on PlayStation Now, you can check out Grand Theft Auto: Vice City from December 7th.
Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition launches November 11 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via the Rockstar Games Launcher.
