The first DLC for Nioh 2 – The Tengu’s Disciple – is releasing in just seven days.

This will add some challenges to the game, as well as additional storylines, new yokia bosses, more Guardian Spirits, skills, armour and an extra weapon.

The new weapon will be the Splitstaff which splits attacks into two patterns, extending the reach to increase damage.

Team Ninja have also shown off some new weapons for the content to get players back in the mood.

Here’s a glimpse of the new weapon the Splitstaff! If you hold the attack button, the attacks will change into segmented ones.
