Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 is still one of the big exciting releases for consoles releasing before the end of 2020.

And it seems the game’s lifecycle will live on deep into 2021 as SEGA have confirmed a full post-launch content roadmap. The best part, all content will be for free.

They haven’t confirmed specifically what content is coming up, though have hinted in a recent tweet to keep an eye out for extra characters – including some familiar faces – as well as new features that seem to have a focus on co-op, and more.

It appears there will be at least five content drops post-launch, though who knows how much the team has in store for us.

We also know that there will be launch edition content, which includes a Skill Battle Booster Pack, new mode add-on content and Sonic the Hedgehog Item Cards.

Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 releases on consoles on December 8th, with a Steam version to follow.
