A new SpongeBob Squarepants game launched earlier this year on past gen.
The Cosmic Shake previously launched on PS4 and Xbox One, but THQ Nordic have finally announced a current gen version is arriving next month. Best of all, if you already own the game, the upgrade is part of a free update.
On the PS5 version, for instance, there’s DualSense support through the use of Adaptive Triggers and audio output. There’s also a ton of stability fixes and quashing of rare bugs.
Additionally, a new photo mode is being added into the game with 19 filters and new costumes will be added into the game. They are, as follows…
- New costume “King Doubloon” for collecting all doubloons is now available.
- New costume “Plush Gary” for unlocking all awards is now available.
SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake launches on current-gen on October 16th.
