UPDATE: Ubisoft have now released a Watch Dogs 2 Launch Trailer for the game ahead of its November 15th release date. Players jump into the role of Marcus Holloway – a hacker who has been wrongly accused of being a criminal – as he investigations a corporate corruption.
Check it out below and let us know in the comments if you’re grabbing Watch Dogs.
ORIGINAL STORY: Ubisoft have lifted the lid on Watch Dogs 2 Season Pass content today and it confirms that Playstation 4 owners will have 30 day exclusivity on all 3 pieces of content.
The Season Pass will add several hours of additional content to the base game, including co-op challenges and additional difficulty levels, as well as new outfits and vehicles.
The first piece of content follows on from the Bad Blood content in the original Watch Dogs with the return of Raymond Kenney – better known as T-Bone. In DLC 1, players will get T-Bone’s outfit and truck, as well as a new co-op difficulty level that puts players up against an enemy archetype with advanced weaponry. This will release on December 13th on Playstation 4.
DLC 2 known as Human Conditions is the first story-based content, providing three new world stories in San Francisco. There’ll also be more co-op missions and a new enemy type to face off against. This hits in Spring 2017.
Finally, No Compromise offers an all-new world story – once again featuring Marcus – as he goes head to head with the Russian Mafia. This will also be bundled with the Showd0wn co-op mode, though there are no details on what that will be. This is also expected in Spring 2017.
The Season Pass is rounded out with the Psychedelic Pack – available on Day One – which lets you customise Marcus’ outfit, weapon, drone and car, and the Root Access Bundle which gives the player a host of customisable items to choose from.
The Seaon Pass comes free to Watch_Dogs 2 Gold Edition owners, or can be grabbed seperately for £29.99. They’ll also receive the Zodiac Killer mission as previously reported.
It’ll be interesting to see how sales for this Season Pass go on other platforms considering the exclusivity agreement in place, though it certainly hasn’t affected the likes of Call of Duty.
Watch_Dogs 2 hits later this month on November 15th on consoles and November 29th on PC.
