Borderlands 2 gets a Game of the Year Edition

It was officially announced today by 2K and Gearbox Software that the Borderlands 2 Game of the Year Edition is to be released internationally on the 11th October 2013 and will feature all the major content that has been released, including the four Season Pass expansions, the two bonus characters, and the base game. As an added bonus, those who originally pre-ordered the game will exclusively receive the Premiere Club content.

The new edition packs over £75 worth of content and will include the following:

  • Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt;
  • Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep;

    • Vault Hunter’s Relic;

Borderlands 2 was originally released in September 2012 and shipped over 7 million copies, making it one of the highest selling games in the history of 2K.
