The Virgin Gaming App just had a massive boost on Xbox 360, and if you like money and cool stuff, you might want to check it out.
Available today, the app now allows players to enter buy-in tournaments and head-to-head challenges. And for bragging rights, they can now use their own cash to prove they’re the best of the best.

Since launch, the Xbox Tournaments with Virgin Gaming app on Xbox has allowed us to bring engaging tournaments to a large and lively community that is eager to compete against fellow gamers for bragging rights and cash prizes. With this update, Xbox Live Gold subscribers are now able to prove their competitive prowess by pitting their skills against gamers from around the world to win cash and see who is truly the best.”
What’s more, the Xbox Tournaments app will now be made available in additional countries, such as New Zealand, Australia, Ireland and Mexico and feature Madden 13, FIFA 13, NHL 13, NBA 2k13 and Far Cry 3.
To celebrate the relaunch, Virgin Gaming is offering a prize for The Ultimate Gaming Lounge. This includes a 55″ TV, surround-sound system and a Foosball table. The winner will be selected randomly from all those that download the app and register for an account at VirginGaming.com between April 9th and June 25th.
