World of Tanks has received a new story driven DLC campaign on consoles today, entitled Spoils of War.

The free content update is an ambitious installment which is told in three different chapters. Each one from a unique perspective.

One chapter puts us in the guise of an American, another chapter a Soviet, and finally a chapter based on a German Soldier. The aim is to look at an alternative history of World War 2, similar to Wolfenstein 2 except less extreme.

Players will be tasked and tested with fifteen hours of singleplayer and co-op tank warfare.

No word on if this is coming to PC at any point.
