It appears Nintendo have heard the criticism about Bunny Day’s egg rates and re-balanced the event.
VGC is reporting that a new update – 1.1.4 – is rolling out today for Animal Crossing which will ‘reduce the appearance rate of some eggs until April 11’.
Rates will be more regular again on April 12 as that will be Easter Sunday / Bunny Day!
This should hopefully see less egg drops out of trees and rocks, and mean you can dig up and catch something that isn’t egg-shaped.
A further Earth Day update is also expected this month, though no full word on what that will contain just yet.
I guess ZIpper’s been working overtime to put smiles back on people’s faces this weekend.
