Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will add New Game + and Third Person View on December 5

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will receive a significant, sizeable free update later this year.

Ahead of the new film launching later this year, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will receive two of the communities largest requests in New Game + and a third-person mode on December 5th.

The third person mode can be activated by just tapping a button and comes complete with reworked animations, controls, camera and audio.

A New Game + mode has also been added where you can retain your inventory and skills, face tougher enemies and replay the story, unlocking a brand new skill tree and more gear.

The update is being touted as a celebration of the game’s community and a thank you for the ongoing support, as well as a way to build anticipation ahead of the long awaited third Avatar film – Fire and Ash on December 19th.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora has previously received two DLC packs – The Sky Breaker and Secrets of the Spires, as well as additional quality-of-life updates, Hunter’s Guide and smoother frame rate.

Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is now available on PC, PS and Xbox and is currently 70% off. The free update will launch on December 5th.
