Turn-based RPG, Battle Brothers, will be getting a second premium DLC expansion this year.

Entitled Warriors of the North, it will add a new human faction to the game, emanating from the icy north. Seemingly based on the vikings, the new faction are raiders who are all about appeasing their gods through sacrifice.

The new faction will have unique equipment and fighting styles, with nordic inspired banners, armors and helmets. This also means new contracts and events will be added to the game.

On top of that, a legendary location will also be added to the game, along with some smaller additions which will be talked about at a later point.

Developers Overhype have said this will be a smaller scale DLC than ‘Beasts & Exploration’ which released last year, though be a major free update has also been confirmed, said to feature numerous improvements and balance tweaks.
